Return / Exchange Policy
Xclusive Arrivals does not issue refunds. We will exchange an item if we have made a mistake with your order. Please email us at @xclusivearrivals.com before mailing your purchase back to us. We will give you a confirmation return number that must be included in your package in order to receive your exchange. Returned shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition.
No Refunds, All Sales Are Final:
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted on the website.
- Exchanges can be made only if there was an error on our part.
- Shoes that do not fit do not qualify as an error on our part.
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their shoes to request an exchange.
- Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the sneakers back for an exchange.
- Shoes older than one year from the release date are not guaranteed to be suitable for wear, see FAQ.

We do our best to ensure that the product you’re ordering is available at the time of purchase. That said, in some instances product will become unavailable during the order process and won’t be able to be filled. We make no guarantees on the availability of product as represented on our website.

Are all products that Xclusive Arrivals sells authentic?
All of our merchandise is 100% AUTHENTIC, purchased from authorized Nike, Adidas, Asics Socouny and other retailers. We pride ourselves on staying true to our customers and want you to feel comfortable when making a purchase from us. We stand behind all the merchandise we sell.
Does Xclusive Arrivals sell used sneakers?
Not at the moment. However, please keep in mind that Xclusive Arrivals is also a retail space where in-store customers are encouraged to try on sneakers before committing to purchase. A pair may have been tried on, but it’s always in a controlled environment.
Does Xclusive Arrivals accept trades?
Yes, we are open minded to suggest trades, bearing condition of sneaker (DS, brand new, 100% authentic) we will rate your sneaker accordingly and match a trade or offer. Under no circumstance is Xclusive Arrivals obligated to accept a trade.
I’m looking for a specific shoe. Do you have it?
Our entire inventory, is listed on our website. If you can’t find it here, we don’t have it. Yet. The only exceptions are conditional sneakers that are only available for in-store customers.
When am I going to receive my order?
Orders made before 6pm EST will be shipped out within 2 business days. Please email us for specific shoe availability. Xclusive Arrivals uses USPS for all domestic orders unless you specify otherwise. All shipments come with insurance and signature confirmation, meaning all packages must be signed for. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed. You can also check your shipment status by logging into your Xclusive Arrivals account.
When does Xclusive Arrivals.com charge my debit/credit card?
As soon as an order is entered through the Xclusive Arrivals website, we ask for 1-2 days for order processing. Your card will only be charged when your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Depending on your debit/credit card-issuing bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the hold to be released and the funds to be returned to your card. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery, specific transit time will be communicated in your order confirmation email.
Who sets the prices?
Prices based on a variety of factors, including rarity, condition, size availability and market value because storage space is at a premium at Xclusive Arrivals, we encourage costumers to stay on top of Xclusive Arrivals for the best deals out.
What does conditional mean? And why can’t I just order them online?
We only sell brand new and unworn sneakers in mint or excellent condition, but all shoes eventually show signs of age. This includes, but is not limited to, yellowing, bleeding, cracking and creasing, cloudy airbags, fading, and more. If a sneaker shows significant signs of any of those conditions, we list them as accordingly and make them available in-store only. Since all sales are final, we prefer customers have an opportunity to review and inspect all conditional sneakers in hand before committing to purchase.
In –store only Purchases
Processing in store only purchases requires you to contact us by phone. Initial contact can be made via email, but ultimately the purchase needs to be made by phone.
How do I know if a shoe is out stock?
If there are no sizes listed on the product detail page next to the “Add to Cart” button, which means we are currently sold out of that shoe. We restock all of our shoes at random. Please check the Xclusive Arrivals website frequently for newly added.
What method of payment can I use to make an order?
1. Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover (Debit/Credit Cards) – Xclusive Arrivals provides its customers with the utmost security when using debit or credit cards to make a purchase. We use a Secure Payment Gateway, PayPal and a Rapid Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure customers that their personal information is kept private. 2. PayPal – PayPal gives you the option to make a purchase using all major credit cards, bank account, or E-Check. Your PayPal account must have a confirmed address in order for your order to be processed.
If I live outside of the U.S. can I still purchase from Xclusive Arrivals.com?
Yes, we accept international orders in addition to domestic. However, we require that you reach out via email (Xclusive Arrivals.com) to process order international payment cannot be accepted. We will send you an invoice thru PayPal for these charges. Payment be made with PayPal (Confirmed Address).
